Refund and Return Policy

Zakumi Trading Company permits all our members to return the product at the time of delivery only after providing a proper, valid, and reasonable reason for the return. Whether the reason is deemed proper, valid, or reasonable will be decided by Zakumi Trading Company, whose decision shall be final.

If the users are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, they can return the products before taking delivery. The company shall charge a nominal delivery fee for the efforts taken by the Delivery/Transport company to deliver the products to your doorstep.

The company will issue a credit note for the value of the returned products, which will be credited to your wallet on the application (Udibaba). The amount of the approved refund shall be credited to the user's wallet within 24 hours. This credit can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

It is made clear to Udibaba users that Zakumi Trading Company shall not make any cash refunds. Furthermore, it is also clarified that users cannot return the products once the delivery has been accepted.
