All Users have to register and login for placing orders on this Application. You have to keep your account and registration details updated and correct for communications related to your purchases from this application. All the products listed on the application will be sold at Retail with fluctuations of Mandi rates, (Mandi is the place where fresh vegetables and fruits are auctioned to prospective buyers and the place where Zakumi Trading Company buys its products.) The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged at the time of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do fluctuate on Arrival on demand basis in Mandi, but after order in case the prices are higher or lower at the time of delivery no additional charges will be taken or refunded. You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using this Application, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

This User Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or Zakumi Trading Company. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of the application. Zakumi Trading Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, effective immediately without notice, and may deny you access to the application. Such termination will be without any liability to Zakumi Trading Company.
Upon termination of this User Agreement by either party, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the application, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under this User Agreement or otherwise. Zakumi Trading Company’s rights to any comments submitted shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for products already ordered from the application or affect any liability that may have arisen under this agreement.
